- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, alongside applicable European consumer protection regulations for customers residing within the European Union / European Economic Area. - Products and Orders
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

- Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Dispatch and Logistics Partnerships
All orders are processed and dispatched directly from our facility in Mexico. We partner with international priority courier services, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority, to fulfill deliveries across Europe.
4.2 Processing and Transit Times
Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days following order confirmation.
Estimated Transit Time: Standard delivery is estimated between 5 to 9 business days after dispatch.
4.3 Shipment Tracking
Automated transactional notifications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout at key transit milestones, including:

4.4 Delivery Delays and Carrier Investigations
If an order exceeds the standard estimated delivery timeframe, we will initiate a formal trace and investigation with the respective logistics carrier. Following the outcome of the carrier investigation, we will, depending on the circumstances, issue either a replacement or a full refund.
4.5 Transfer of Risk and Ownership (EU Compliance)
In compliance with European consumer rights legislation, the risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the consumer only when the consumer (or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the items. Risk does not transfer upon handover to the logistics carrier.
- Right of Withdrawal and Returns (European Union)
5.1 Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the customer, or a third party indicated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by sending an explicit written notification via email to storage@toysacklet.com prior to the expiry of the 14-day period.
5.2 Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer support at storage@toysacklet.com with visual proof (such as clear photographs of the item and packaging).
Upon validation of the evidence provided:
Physical return of the damaged item is not required.
You may choose between a full refund or a replacement item dispatched at no additional cost.

All prices listed on our website are shown in the applicable currency at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.
